PROVA PÅ GRATIS FÖRSTA GÅNGEN - Start den 6.e Oktober.
För dig som är nyfiken och aldrig provat yoga och för dig som yogat lite.
MIN YOGA:
Vi börjar med pranayama (andningsteknik) som kommer att hjälpa oss att landa i nuet, samtidigt förnya våra celler, reducera stress och rensa kroppens cirkulationssystem, jag kommer att guida er in i meditationen.
Med mjuka och dynamiska rörelser börjar vi yoga och synkroniserar positionerna och andningen till en härlig yoga flow. Vi avslutar med skön avslappning med inspirerande
dofter, helande musik och positiva budskap för din själ.
ALTAREN:
Kristaller, stenar, smycken med helande betydelser, palo santo, rökelse, dofter och tarotkort.
UPPLÄGG:
2 första gångerna är det fokus på Pranayama, Solhälsning och teknik, vi kommer att jobba med de vanligaste asanas (position), utveckla dom och fördjupa oss i varje asanas. Under
kursen kommer du att upptäcka hur fantastisk din kropp är och du kommer att må bättr och bättre.
