'Clase de Vinyasa Yoga inspirada en mi práctica personal.
Fluir con el alma, percibiendo sensaciones, replegando los sentidos, aquietando la mente, abriendo el corazón, respirando conscientemente. Sintiendo como ser sintiente, viviendo como ser viviente.
Vinyasa soul define perfectamente mi práctica personal por lo que es así como llamo a las clases en las que combino ambos estilos (Hatha y Vinyasa) en la misma práctica, aportando algo de mi esencia.'
Mimi Albero os guiará a través de una práctica amable y fluida para experimentar sensaciones en cada respiración.
La clase está abierta a practicantes de todos los niveles, desde principiantes a avanzados.
La reserva e importe total de la clase es de 15€ a través de pago online. No es reembolsable.
Recomendamos traer el mat con el que soléis practicar.
Se ruega llegar al menos 10 minutos antes del comienzo de la actividad. Somos puntuales.
