Hola , mi nombre es María Glez y soy especialista en movimiento humano, respiración consciente, yoga nidra (meditación) y desarrollo personal.
A través de diferentes técnicas y programas ayudo a otras personas a moverse más libres, a sentirse más libres y en definitiva a ser más libres, tanto a nivel físico como mental y emocional desde una visión holística.
Y esa es mi misión aquí, ofrecerte diferentes experiencias y herramientas ( todas creadas y/o desarrolladas desde el corazón) que te ayudarán a conocer y reconectar tu cuerpo, tu mente y emociones haciendo posible que ante las adversidades que se van sucediendo en este viaje que llamamos "vida" puedas resolverlas de manera mas eficiente y hacer del camino una aventura feliz y plena.
