“COCINAR A_ San Fran” quiere vincular el comer, los relatos vecinales y la expresión creativa para poner en valor la historia del barrio y de sus habitantes.
Tomará forma a través de una investigación sobre los hábitos vinculados a la comida en San Francisco. El domingo 9 realizaremos una sesión de cocina colaborativa para generar un espacio de encuentro e intercambio sobre las historias que bullen en el barrio, con un taller a las 11h y una comida popular a las 14.00h.
Los resultados de todo el proceso serán devueltos a través de un fanzine los últimos días del BLVArt.
Cocinar Madrid. Poéticas del Gusto es un proyecto en ebullición en el que se ponen en juego la antropología y la cocina, con el fin de investigar en torno a lo que se cuece en las diversas culturas alimentarias de la ciudad y sus distintas interacciones y transformaciones. Para ello creamos procesos de dinamización, investigación y promoción de los platos locales: comprando, cocinando y comiendo en los espacios clave de nuestras ciudades.
“COCINAR A_ San Fran”ek jatea, auzokideen kontakizunak eta sormenezko adierazpena lotu nahi ditu, auzoaren eta haren bizilagunen historiaren balioa nabarmentzeko.
San Frantziskon janariari lotutako ohituren gaineko ikerketa baten bidez hezur-mamituko da. Igandean, hilak 9, sukaldaritza kolaboratiboko saioa egingo dugu, auzoan bor-bor dauden istorioen elkartze eta trukatze espazio bat sortzeko. Tailerra egongo da 11etan eta herri-bazkaria 14:00etan.
Prozesu osoaren emaitzak fanzine baten bidez itzuliko dira BLVArten azken egunetan.
Cocinar Madrid. Poéticas del Gusto pil-pilean dagoen proiektua da. Antropologia eta sukaldaritza daude jokoan hemen. Hiriko kultura gastronomikoetan gertatzen dena ikertu nahi da, baita beraien elkarreragin eta eraldaketak ere. Horretarako, bertako platerak dinamizatzeko, ikertzeko eta sustatzeko prozesuak sortzen ditugu, gure hirietako espazio klabeetan janaria erosiz, prestatuz eta janez.
