El centenario de la muerte de Emilia Pardo Bazán ha demostrado que su obra sigue viva y es actual como pocas; sin embargo, no se ha incidido demasiado en algo esencial para este festival: el humor que doña Emilia empleó tanto en su obra como en sus frecuentes y encendidas disputas públicas. La historiadora Isabel Burdiel, biógrafa de nuestra homenajeada, ha abordado recientemente este aspecto menos destacado en la figura de Emilia Pardo Bazán. Hablará sobre ello con el escritor y profesor de literatura Antonio Orejudo.
