La película está protagonizada por Linda Cardellini, a quien acompañan Raymond Cruz, Patricia Velasquez, Marisol Ramirez, Sean Patrick Thomas, Jaynee-Lynne Kinchen, Roman Christou y Tony Amendola, siendo este último el único actor que conecta con el universo de 'Expediente Warren' interpretando al Padre Pérez, el sacerdote de 'Annabelle'.
