La entrada es válida para los dos días del evento independientemente de si vienes el 16 ó el 17 de diciembre.

*Importe del ticket: 1,50€+0,70 € por gastos de gestión online en billeto.es
*El envío del pallet de cerveza al ganador corre a nuestro cargo dentro del territorio de España excepto en Canarias y Baleares en las que nos haremos cargo sólo de 60€ sobre coste total del transporte. En ningún caso aportaremos cantidad dineraria por el coste de mercado de los 600 botellines de cerveza.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
