Exposición de Estefanía González González.

Todo nace ante su inquietud de poner en valor nuestras tradiciones, bajo el lema  TÉCNICA TRADICIONAL, USO ACTUAL.

Durante su periodo de investigación, Estefanía González, visita a mujeres (principalmente) que se han dedicado a la labor de la roseta y todas coincidían en lo mismo » mi niña tú no te dediques a esto que no da de comer», «esto ya nadie lo está haciendo», » todo se pierde»…..

Entendió entonces que la roseta se pierde no porque no interese su técnica, sino por su uso, ya que en estos tiempos cada vez son menos los que ponen «tapetes» en casa….

Ser capaz de transmitir la técnica tanto a un niño como a un turista, con el hándicap de las habilidades de comprensión y el idioma, haciendo que la roseta pudiese viajar a otros rincones del mundo y en nuestros pequeños poder plantar una semilla de cultura y tradición, ha sido el objetivo principal de esta artista y artesana.

Ahora muestra por primera vez su trabajo en una exposición. «Roseta» se estrena en Haría dentro de la sala de exposiciones El Aljibe de Haría hasta el 31 de diciembre.
