Taller Vivencial de NeuroDanza .
Danzando con tus Sueños.
En esta ocasión, trabajaremos con nuestras metas y objetivos.
La sesión tendrá una duración aproximada de 2 horas durante las cuales exploraremos todas las creencias y patrones que nos limitan para conseguir alcanzar nuestros sueños.
Aplicaremos el proceso de la presencia, herramientas de coaching, Gestalt ,PNL, Expresión corporal y NeuroDanza entre otras..
¿Qué es NeuroDanza?
NeuroDanza es un Sistema de desarrollo personal y grupal a traves de la danza y la música que provoca transformaciones existenciales en quien lo práctica.
Un viaje hacia la apertura y el autoconocimiento , que va más allá de la mente y nos permite reconectar con nuestra verdadera esencia, desarrollando una mayor escucha interna y aumentando la conciencia corporal.
¿Cómo funciona?
Mediante movimientos orgánicos y músicas precisas, trabajamos bloqueos, creencias y emociones que residen en nuestro cuerpo y nuestro subconsciente. Esto se produce al conectar con nuestra verdadera identidad, aceptando y abrazando lo que realmente somos, sin juicios.
La clase de NeuroDanza es una atmósfera de confianza donde sentirse libre de danzar y expresar sin prejuicios ni miedos, lo que nos permite trascender, salir de la mente, ir más allá del ego, a través del movimiento y dejar que sea el cuerpo quién hable.
(No son necesarios conocimientos previos de danza)

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
