Un taller de 12 horas dividido en 3 días, en el que veremos como aplicar las herramientas de la Inteligencia Emocional y PNL en el campo de las ventas.
Además te llevarás de regalo una mentoría personal para ayudarte a aplicar lo visto en el taller.
Dirigido a todas las personas que quieran aprender a venderse, vender un proyecto o producto y a vendedores que quieran mejorar sus habilidades para alcanzar una efectividad de 100 % en la venta.
Conseguirás:
- Crear tu propio argumento de ventas de 20 segundos.
- Conocer los diferentes estilos de vendedor y utilizar el más necesario para cada ocasión.
- Herramientas para gestionar tus emociones.
- Darte cuenta de las presuposiciones que te frenan en el proceso de ventas.
- Conseguir acercarte al 100 % de efectividad en la venta.
- Mejorar mi comunicación con mis clientes, compañeros etc
- Saber encontrar las debilidades, oportunidades, amenazas o fortalezas, personales y de tu producto o servicio.( Dafo)
- Conseguir crear magia en el proceso de ventas.
- Saber descifrar desde donde me habla el cliente, de valores, capacidades, identidad etc.
Impartido por dos vendedores de verdad, con más de 20 años de experiencia cada uno: Miguel Ángel del Valle ( Responsable de cuentas) y Esther Ibáñez Capellán ( Directora Comercial )
Ambos con formación en PNL y Inteligencia Emocional, por el Instituto de Potencial Humano y la Universidad de Alcalá de Henares respectivamente.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
