Dels creadors de l’ElectroVi arriba V!NCLES, la Fira de Vins de Proximitat!
Proximitat, ecologia, sostenibilitat, relacions humanes, professionalitat, producte de qualitat i logística de futur. Aquests són els pilars que han definit durant 12 anys la distribuïdora Sentits Barcelona. Seguint aquests valors neix Vincles.
Una cita que va més enllà d’una fira de vins. Una trobada entre amics i també entre professionals i amants del sector vinícola i de la gastronomia. Un espai on descobrir cellers però també on podràs preparar el teu propi cocktail, assistir a un showcooking de projectes que recolzen la sostenibilitat i la proximitat, descobrir la història centenària del suro i moltes altres sorpreses!
La primera edició serà el diumenge 29 de març, de 11:00 a 20:00, al bEAuTy Food Academy (Carrer del Dr. Trueta 194, Barcelona) on podràs tastar més de 120 vins de qualitat, vermut artesà i cervesa i participar dels tallers (recorda que necessites reserva prèvia, ja que les places són limitades)

Cuina i Sostenibilitat: Pere Carrió del Gat Blau i Oriol Casals del Teòric Taverna, ens presenten el seu model de negoci, la seva proposta de gastronomia sostenible i ho posen en pràctica amb un showcooking amb un mar i muntanya complementat per verdures de temporada
-Cocteleria: descobreix 3 coctels elaborats amb vi i ratafía (des de 16:00, cada hora, duració 45 min.)
-Taller sensorial del suro impartit per l’ICSuro (12:00-13:00 i 16:00-17:00)

IMPORTANT: A l'entrada serà obligatori el pagament en efectiu de 5€ per cada copa "Riedel Degustazione" en concepte de dipòsit, i seran retornats amb l'entrega de la copa a la sortida.

Treballem amb cellers de proximitat que elaboren vins de qualitat, sostenibles amb el medi i de petita i mitjana producció. Volem donar-vos el millor servei, i volem compartir tot això amb vosaltres i aportant-vos el nostre granet de sorra a casa vostra.
A més, obrim les portes del nostre local al carrer Bailén 88 bis i el projectem com un espai polivalent amb cursos de formació per a professionals del sector, tastos, presentació de vins, sortides a cellers i una recerca continua dins del sector vinícola.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
