La Dirección de Informática y Comunicaciones (DIC) del Ministerio de Salud Pública de Cuba y la Sociedad Cubana de Informática Médica (SOCIM), tienen el placer de invitarle a participar, del 16 al 20 de marzo de 2020, en el XIII Congreso Internacional de Informática en Salud, en el contexto de la XVIII edición de la Convención y Feria Internacional Informática 2020, que sesionará en el Palacio de Convenciones de La Habana y en el recinto ferial Pabexpo.
eSalud: Por la transformación digital será el lema central que promoverá la cita y la temática fundamental en esta edición, que respalda los procesos de informatización de la salud con impacto social.
Informática en Salud 2020 será un espacio para el intercambio entre profesionales, científicos, técnicos, empresarios, representantes gubernamentales, organismos internacionales y público en general, interesados en investigar, promover, analizar y conocer sobre el avance de las tecnologías de la información, las telecomunicaciones, la electrónica y la automática en la salud. Le invitamos a la discusión científico tecnológica y a la exposición de proyectos e iniciativas de las principales temáticas convocadas.
Paralelamente a la Convención se realizará la Feria Internacional Informática 2020. La Feria expositiva se desarrollará como es habitual en el recinto ferial de PABEXPO aledaño al Palacio de las Convenciones; en la cual las empresas, laboratorios, entidades y firmas especializadas, tanto nacionales como extranjeras, dispondrán de una ocasión excepcional para exponer los resultados científicos, innovaciones y equipamiento en este campo.
El Comité Organizador se complace en invitarlo a participar en tan importante evento. Esta invitación es promocional y no contempla ningún tipo de pago. I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
